CONTINUING WITH MY THOUGHTS FROM MEMORIAL DAY... #AmericaTheBeautiful 🇺🇸
First, I wanted to share a few shots of our drive around the mountains and hillsides yesterday afternoon and this morning, as we drove from TN to Western NC for some business appointments. It was absolutely stunning! We truly live in a beautiful part of this nation...one of many to be sure, and my favorite place.

Although I don't agree with all that some leaders in America are doing or have done, nor even parts of her past...I want to be clear that I do love this country. I do pray, and am still believing for her to rise from the ashes from which she has fallen, and once again become the "beacon on a hill" that she was created to be. No other country in the world has spread the gospel like our beloved country, for many, many years. No other country has helped and had more benevolence towards other nations than ours. I have and always will be grateful that I was born in this great land of freedom, along with many generations of my ancestors (both sides of my family can be traced back to the 1600s here).
She has done much wrong to be sure (or her leaders have), but she has done much good also. There have been many great spiritual awakenings in her past, and I believe we are on the cusp, even the brink, of another..one that will actually be a part of the world-wide awakening that will shift many things in cultures and countries alike. I believe the USA will be a great part of this awakening.
I refuse to become a cynical "prophet", who looks at the worst, and declares that nothing can be saved or redeemed...not with a person, or with a country. I do not believe this nation is too far gone. I have seen too much good in her people, and in many of her leaders. This is not what the Lord has shown me, and it is not what I believe is coming. There have been, and will continue to be, many hardships that we have to face, those I have seen...but there will be many great and glorious things as well. It has already begun. I have and always will declare...
