CENTERS OF REFUGE/GOSHENS
If you are a Pastor or leader, please pray into if the Lord would have you to become a "Center of Refuge/Goshen" for the season that is ahead. If you attend a church and are close with the Pastor(s), perhaps mention this to them if you feel they would be open, and are somewhat aware of what is coming. 🙏🏻🔥
It is time for the Church of Jesus Christ to be the ones who are able and prepared to help in disaster, and be ready to become these "Centers of Refuge" in times of trouble or crises. This is a phrase the Lord gave me (in 2018) in regards to what He will be raising many up to do in different regions during this time. They will provide for food, supplies, and spiritual needs as well. #ThisIsKingdom 👑🥖
Centers of Refuge/Goshens" are being set up in many places and in many states across the U.S., as well as in other nations. We are connected to dozens of people/leaders who are doing this, and it is an amazing thing!
None of them know each other, and the Lord has been speaking to some about doing this for years...long before I even knew it was coming. Isn't God good?!
What is a Center of Refuge or Goshen community, you might ask? It is a place of provision, resources, a place of meeting needs (both physically & spiritually), and a place where believers can come together for things that might be needed in time of distress, disaster, or any such event.
From what myself and others have seen, these will be greatly needed in the days to come, and also a great tool for sharing the gospel in the coming years. Many unbelievers will also come, and we hope to be able to help them as well, although helping God's people is our # 1 priority.
These are places of community, care, fellowship, and helping one another. No two of these communities will be exactly the same, and all have their own specialties of what God is telling them to do, but all will have many of these things in common.
We are actually in the process of creating our own "Goshen" type place here in East Tennessee (along with others), as well as visiting many of these other locations here in the U.S., to connect and gain resources for ourselves and others. We visit our first one this weekend in North Carolina, so prayers appreciated for our time there! 🙏
Apostles, Pastors, Leaders...is God calling you to become a "Center of Refuge" or help be a part of a "City of Refuge" for your area or region? Make sure to listen to His voice in this. I suggest bodies of believers to at the least, prepare with an emergency plan for their fellowship if at all possible, and with things that are needed in the a case of a disaster or food shortage (this is coming!). It would be wonderful if you have the ability to prepare for more than your community, as it will be needed, and this will be a great way to share the gospel during that time. This can be as simple as starting with a type of "food bank" where you have food available for those in need...but instead of giving all of the food away, some would be stored for a later time.
If you aren't able to do that as a church, at least bring people in to help teach your people how to prepare for the coming days. I know of multiple churches throughout the U.S. that are doing this. Now is the time, and there is no time to waste. #CentersOfRefuge #CitiesOfRefuge #GoshenCommunities
